Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Loxton, South Australia.

Items listed on this website are sent within 1 business day of purchase via Australia Post.

Local Pickup is available - Select ‘Store Pickup’ at checkout and we will contact you to make a time for collection at our Loxton warehouse.

Instrument inspection can be arranged by appointment.

Warranty

All our products are sourced through official distributors and come with manufacturer’s warranties.

If a product you receive is faulty or damaged please make contact with us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange to either repair, replace or refund the product.
